The user may revoke this consent at any time by:
- Replying "BAJA" (unsubscribe) to any message received.
- Requesting it during any phone call.

Retention period: until the user revokes their consent or expressly requests to unsubscribe.
4. Legal basis for processing
Data processing is based on:

- Compliance with applicable legal obligations.
- The controller's legitimate interest in the security and proper functioning of the site.
5. Data retention
Data will be kept for the time necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected and, at a minimum, for the following statutory periods:

Our website and services are aimed exclusively at people over 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If we detect that a minor has provided their data through our forms, we will delete that information immediately. For the provision of our services, DESORBITANTE SL uses technology providers that may access personal data as data processors. These include:
