Success story

MedUX

Telecommunications · Quality of Experience (QoE)LATAM, Europe, North America and Central Asia

MedUX measures mobile network quality of experience (QoE) from real user data collected via crowdsourcing in over 100 countries. Desorbitante runs its full LinkedIn and email outbound to generate qualified conversations with technical decision-makers at telecommunications operators worldwide.

The challenge

Where it all started

MedUX had differentiated QoE measurement technology and strong credentials in the sector, but no prospecting engine of its own capable of systematically reaching technical decision-makers at telecom operators spread across markets as dispersed as LATAM, Europe, North America and Central Asia.

Previous demand generation attempts produced contacts but few quality conversations: generic messages, no segmentation by technical role and no process distinguishing between decision-maker, technical referrer and profile with no buying power, which diluted commercial effort into low-value replies.

The solution

What we built together

Services delivered

B2B prospecting and segmentationLinkedIn outboundCold emailMessaging strategy and objection handling

Desorbitante designed a bespoke prospecting and conversation process for MedUX's B2B sales cycle, combining precise technical segmentation with hyper-personalised messages by market.

  • ICP segmentation by real technical and business role (Network Quality, RAN, NOC, B2B CX) instead of generic telecom titles, cutting out noise from manufacturers and integrators.
  • Short, hyper-personalised messages in Spanish, Portuguese and English by market, with a formal tone adapted to each geography.
  • Double-contact tactic: approaching the decision-maker and an immediately junior technical profile in parallel, to get internal referrals when the first contact isn't the decision-maker.
  • Using real QoE data from the prospect's country as the opening hook instead of a generic product pitch.
The impact

Results that compound

The joint effort has generated 29 active qualified conversations with decision-makers at leading telecommunications operators globally, including Claro, Vivo, TIM, AT&T, Telefónica, WOM, Bitel, Beeline, Megafon and Elisa, spread across LATAM, Europe, North America and Central Asia. The flagship LinkedIn campaign for LATAM operators reaches a 47% acceptance rate, well above the sector average.
